Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy By making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total service cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit guarantees your session. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge if you provide at least 72 hours (3 days) notice prior to your scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or require an additional fee to rebook. To reschedule with less than 72 hours' notice, please contact us via ( admin@peterconstable.media ). Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment, the 40% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in being charged 100% of the remaining balance. No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification (a "no-show") will result in forfeiture of your deposit and you may be charged 100% of the remaining balance. Our Right to Reschedule or Cancel: In the rare event that we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide you with as much notice as possible. We will offer you the option to reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund of any payments made. Acceptance: By confirming your booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
